The Singles Collection was released in 2013 instead of Britney Jean to celebrate her 15 yrs in music, instead of being released in 2009, and Work Bitch was released as a lead single from the TSC (along with one or two more new songs like Now That I Found You) just in time for her vegas residency? That way she would have new music to promote vegas residency without releasing a rushed album. Glory would have been her eight studio album.

 

I imagine the 2013 TSC having a standard 1cd edition and a 2cd edition (like madonnas celebration) and an edition with dvd (kinda like pinks greatest hits hardcover booklet) and the boxset ofcourse.

What I think team Britney really needs to work on is a proper boxset for Britney...being that 2018 is 20 years since BOMT was released as a single. I think a remastered copy of the album (along with unreleased demos/b-sides/different takes), DVD with a making of album/video with interviews with Britney, Larry Rudolph, Barry Weiss/Jeff Fenster/Clive Ian Calder, Nigel Dick, Fe, TJ & rest of the dancers, Eric Foster White, All Seeing I, Max Martin, Denniz Pop, Rami Yacoub & everyone at Cheiron Studios. Also included on that dvd Britney singing the Toni Braxton demo that got her signed along with the full professional mall tour performance. Another DVD with either ...Baby One More Time Tour or Crazy 2K Tour. Finally another DVD with all her music videos since Greatest Hits: My Prerogative was released. Also release just the remastered album with making of dvd as a stand alone.

That would have been way better honestly....But the more i look at it the more 2018 screams the year of Britney. It'll be 20 years in her career, she could possibly release her 10th studio album (which i think should have a theme around her legacy. Legacy should be a theme. Iconic-ness, Chic, Dominating, 1 woman show etc), and a potential Superbowl performance next year (im actually glad that team Britney opted out this year and have Gaga do it) By that time comes around Vegas would be done and she could announce a tour supporting the new album...One can dream that would be an amazing era for Britney if done right

Great Idea...Britney Spears: Royal album. Have her albums recertification (It was common for distributors to claim certifications based on their shipments - wholesale to retail outlets - which led to many certifications which outstripped the actual final retail sales figures, like Mariah, Taylor, and Beyoncé) because  I refuse to believe she only sold 100 million albums when BOMT sold 30 million world wide and OIDIA sold 24 million copies to date, making it one of the highest selling albums of all time. I think an MTV Unplugged would be great besides the superbowl, I'm glad Britney passed because everyone would bitch it's a POM copy and Gaga needs help her new song is #32 on billboards, iTunes doesn't matter to me. I can buy 1 song 1,000 times too

I never understood the point of great hits albums and releasing a new one every couple of years... Its just confusing to nonfans.

a great hits album should take place every 4-5 albums and NEVER have the same hits on it as the greatest hits before it  IMO

 

so at this point if she had anymore singles from Glory she could have released a 'my prorogative 2' for all hits post ITZ
