Video: lifetime filming the umbrella scene

I honestly don't like this TBH. I mean I was all for it and everything but this part got me thinking otherwise. Why would they have "Britney" hitting her own car? Britney wasn't even roaring like that either, like they're over doing it

EXACTLY !!! they're making her look crazy when she didn't even react like that. All she did was tell the paparazzi to go fuck themselves and then she just went back from into her friends car

On top of that, she didn't wave the umbrella around and shit. She was being blocked in the parking lot for candid pictures, and she hit the paparazzi's car with the umbrella. Not the best thing she could have done, but I'm not pretending she was in a good place at that point, but holy shit what is this clip?

Gross. I was already against this but the fact that they're twisting the story is just so... ugh. Hopefully Britney, her team or anyone can do something about it, they deserve to be sued.

Everything on it will be exaggerated to make Britney look 100 times worse then she actually was at the time, yet you just know people will watch it and think that is how it all went down.

I think it was more of a montage scene. Like you'll see it but maybe with music or effects in the background.  You typically have to over act for that. No matter what it's gonna suck. Lifetime butchered the Brittany Murphy story

prepare for a recreation of everything in 2007 because this whole 'documentary' is going to be about 'crazy britney' with maybe 5 minutes prior to that and 5 minutes after... This shit will damage her carrer even more....  She JUST got ppl to stop calling her crazy and bald....

Yea but this is literally portraying her as a crazy person when she didn't even act like that. All she did was hit the papz car and told them all to go fuck themselves and that's it. I actually like the whole general storyline they're going with because it's gonna show how she got back up & how she's in a better place now. I understand they're going to make it dramatic just to make it look good but it's kinda messing with her character as a person

I was never against it because the main storyline is kinda good. They're going to show how she rose to fame, fallen, & got back up to the happy place she's in now. I didn't think that they were literally gonna do the most like this. Like she literally did not act like that

I have to be real sis ,the GP & media definitely want to see this (besides some Britney fans) the movie is already getting a lot of hype. The cast already filmed a lot of interviews with ET, Extra, the insider, & access hollyoood. This is going to be huge

I agree but petition or not it's still gonna happen, even the media is going along with it. Lifetime has been there and done that literally with almost every artist they did a biopic on w/ petitions & everything. If the petition goes viral the media will probably just say that there's a petition going on but they're not gonna say anything in regards to "disrespect"

Sweetie no one thought that they weren't gonna film that scene because we all pretty much were expecting it. The thing is they're over dramatizing it, that's not how it went down. Britney was with a friend sitting in the passenger seat & Britney got out, hit the papz car, & told them all to go fuck themselves. She didn't hit her own car or wave the umbrella screaming her lungs out like that, & she wasn't even driving. Also Britney can't sue because it's biopic & she's a public figure. Once u enter the business you're life is out there pretty much
