Cause.....everything just seems dead and forgotten.

Like, are we getting Single Two? Next Saturday will mark 3 months since the Release of Make Me, and it's been a month and a half since the release of Glory.....
It's time for the 2nd single, and it's time for a new music video....and it's time for Britney Army to radio request the hell out of something.

We seriously need a second single, like, for real! I desperately need a good music video to consider this a perfect era :yestbh:

The positive side of me thinks that MAYBE they'll release it later because they wouldn't get her to perform in two festivals in December for nothing! It should mean that they want a platform to promote the single + they want the radio stations to support it. A good second single with a good visual and some promo would definitely revive this era, I refuse to think that they're gonna let Glory die :crying11:

Yeah, they need to release it soon :4music:

Cus like I love how she's doing loads of promo but I'm scared that when it comes to the second single she'll be tired or something and do like barely any promo :who:

Also the second single is most likely gonna be DYWCO I think

In all honesty they better make Love Me Down and Liar singles :crying1:

My Wish List would go

2nd Single - Love Me Down
3rd Single - Slumber Party
4th & Final Single - If I'm Dancing

I think that RCA has dropped the album from the top of there list. Once Make Me didn't become the comeback single they wished for along with the issue with the video, they threw in the towel.

I hope they didn't do that but I wouldn't be surprised. They chopped up the BJ era ( i know the album is not her best but she had at least 2 more singles on that album) and it's not just Britney. Shit they even did it with JTs last album. Certain songs that clearly should have been singles didn't make it and they underpromoted all of the singles that came out of 20/20 except mirrors and suit & tie. They also only tried to release 2 singles off of xtina's bionic and lotus and with lotus they barely promoted the second single. How u have artists that put up 20+ songs per album and u only get two singles? Makes no sense.  Once they feel public interest in the project has faded they stop. It's not smart because that kind of strategy almost guarantees letdowns across the board.

Britney has more promo lined up for the end of the year it would be foolish to only release one single. I'm sure they have plans, I do wish we'd get some kind of information though, even if it's just a simple "second single is being decided" kind of confirmation.

Alot of you think its coming but i know how RCA and bussiness work. From the situation analysis i did there will not be a second single... Ive been saying it well over a month now.

this eras singles were substituted for vegas promo overload... Glory is a vegas promo at heart...

Public interests paying for music is very low. If the album sold just fine it is unlikely another single would push the sales further and if the tour is sold out theres no more need for promo (JTs case).

theyre making most of their money from tours so they will release more singles for big names that need to sell out a tour.  If the tour will be sold out on its own theyll put more attention into massive promo rather than catchy singles and videos (Beyonce).

thats why britney is still promoting vegas but vegas is a small theatre and a once per week show so its not making the money needed to honor her with a music video budget.

thats just how bussines works...

Record labels pay for promotion, studio time, music videos, manufacture, and distribution, the sales of the album payback the label and whatever is left goes to Britney. So she could shot music video for each song but it's going to cost her in the long run. I remember Britney had a deal years ago she made 1.25 (one dollar and twenty five cents) for each album that was sold. So 10 million album's sold at 1.25, not to bad. When someone goes on tour that's where the money is. Label really doesn't have anything to do with other than you are an act from there label on tour. RCA isn't really gaining any money from Britney being in Vegas nor if she was to tour

Slumber Party/ Just Luv Me (as a radio single where we get a video for both SP & JLM), Love Me Down, Better, Change Your Mind, Liar, HTFY would all be great single contenders obviously making Slumber Party & Love Me Down official singles 2 & 3 then any of the songs after that till they reach single 6 ( in my dreams lol)

record labels get 80% of their pay from tours...

Madonna earned 305 million dollars from MDNA tour...you don't really think all of if goes to her, dancers, drivers, stage ppl and renting the arena do you ?

Vegas contract might not be perfected for RCA but so far they're only loosing money from all this Glory stunt

I'm not surprised she didn't work with any 'massive' producers because some ask for 1 million dollars per song [dr luke] so add this all up and the songs on Glory could all cost them 5 million dollars just for the producers, not including everything you stated...

'legendary' music video producers also require million dollar figures so I wont be surprised if they paid that guy the money they promised him for the original MM video and then got pissed off at Britney for the stunt she pulled and stopped funding her... heck I would do that if the celebrity was acting like a diva and having 'artistic differences' yet posting sexy videos on twitter...this is her job she could at least suck it up like all of us do.

I wont be surprised if they're fed up with her shit and not renew her contract after it ends.

she just doesn't sell and doesn't seem to want to finish vegas so they'll just drop her and shell sign with Ellen

You really think they're going to release 4 singles when the album is floppng?

Expect 2 singles and if the second flops too with promo, they'll probably give up on the era.

I disagree.
Two Mid-Tempo Singles in a row will murder this era.
Slumber Party will flop harder then Perfume if it's released as the 2nd single.

It needs to be a 3rd single, following an up-tempo radio friendly track, such as Love Me Down, If I'm Dancing, Change Your Mind, or Liar.

The album didn't flop. Just because it's not BOMT sales doesn't make it a flop. Make Me also didn't flop. I don't know why it's all so all or nothing, where things are either wildly successful or they're a flop. Moderate success is a thing.
