That is actually not a better case at all.
Not only is it incredibly expensive, but it's also completely pointless unless she's doing specific promo in those countries.  
In the end, all the videos would be uploaded to her VEVO & become international songs.

If you realize, International artists don't really release country specific singles, because they don't end up remaining as such. Not to mention, they have absolutely no need too. Hell, not even up & coming artists do it anymore, because with the age of the internet, it doesn't have the same effect. What so ever. Labels don't make as much  money from it now that the Internet exists.
