BadBoiRoRo Posted June 13, 2014 Author #26 Report Posted June 13, 2014 I disagree...she saw Cindy's number so I think she is real, but maybe some of the scenes are her imagination when she describes the album as personal, I think she may be suggesting an uncomfortable dynamic in her relationship w Jason moreso than her just being paranoid besides, she wouldn't just be some neurotic paranoid for no good reason...plenty of romantic relationships deal w Such a Classic Tale also, Cindy must be real because of the ex-gf... current girlfriend, lines the gun is the breaking point of her jealousy, how far does she go with it...maybe she imagines killing some bitches and thats the gun scene...but we know by the lyrics she chose trust and love at the expense of her sanity, so in desperation she sprays perfume it's a powerfully sad and vulnerable sentiment tbh Interesting take showcasing the vulnerability of the song But what got me thinking about Britney being to paranoid in the video was because she and Cindy were doing the same thing with that guy. Like the walking down the road scene, the rooftop scene, the FU's. who knows, I wish theyd release the cut though :crying1:

Nelli Gaidai Posted June 13, 2014 #35 Report Posted June 13, 2014 perfume is a bit confusing song for me. i agree with u on everything u said and i think it would actually b pretty cool of her to have shot herself but i think what she meant in the song is the love that used to b there, like a person she use to date and the woman he is now with (justney!!!!) can see the impact she left on him years later still. like their relationship shaped him into the person he is and left a mark on his character or whatever and she hopes that the other girl doesnt get to compeltely fill her shoes. that is the story about the song and the video, idk kind of hard to incorporate. i dont really understand where the shooting comes. and why that was just an imagination in the video that the girl wasnt rly there. i rly dont get that.
