My "personalized" Glory vinyl arrived. This is bullshit.

I'm mad as fuck right now

 

My vinyl was damaged enough so that the plastic was punctured, even though I paid for shipping. 

 

 

Both discs are chipped on the edge, and I'm LIVID

 

The insert isn't engraved like we were promised. Instead, the vinyl included a poster of a screenshot from the Make Me video, and on it, in very tiny letters, are the names of everyone that pre-ordered the vinyl.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But there's my name.

Update - I sent a complaint email to her store

Told them I needed either new discs or a refund.  

I'm so upset, but hey, at least my name is PRINTED on a POSTER included with the vinyl

Write to them what happened with your LP and send it back to them with letter.

Honestly, I kind of expected something like the poster. I like the poster idea but I would've loved it to be engraved

They answered me back saying that can't replace it, They can only refund me. Which doesn't make sense. I guess I'll keep the page with the names and send the vinyl bsck to get my refund. Then I'll just order the vinyl on Amazon.

I think they only made a limited number of them - like a special edition. They'll be on Ebay soon enough.

i'm glad i didn't order the vinyl. I wanted to but I was broke and it's really not worth the extra money just for the poster. I'm happier w/ my pic being on the circus tour book

The fan edition is different, it's a 200 grams vinyl. The regular version from amazon is a 140 grams vinyl.

Did you honestly expect them to make a single vinyl with JUST YOUR NAME?  Girl. They refuse to pay the money for decent promotion, they aren't going to pay to make vinyls personalized for each person. 

The list of names on the back is exactly what I expected to happen, so I'm not remotely mad.

However, in terms of the way your Vinyl arrived, I hope you aren't truly blaming Britney and her fucking team, because the truth is, they probably had nothing to do with it, other then promote they were being made. It's an outside company who makes them, and just like the CDs, It's all RCA. 

Also, based on what you've shared it, seems pretty clear to me that the problem is whoever was shipping it was rough with it.

Because FedEx had packed it very carefully  With bubble wrap and all sorts of shit. The vinyl was only one third of the box so there's no way it's the fault of FedEx. It definitely left the factory where it was made in that condition.
