My "personalized" Glory vinyl arrived. This is bullshit.

It has to do with the manufacturer. It's clearly the reason they can't give you a new copy, because they only printed the exact amount purchased.

I still think it's a bad move that they are only offering me a refund and not replacement discs and sleeve. Like, that would be simple. Cause I'm picking up the vinyl from my local FYE or Amazon, but keeping the poster from the fan-edition, which has literally no differences other than the poster.

There's a difference between the quality of the audio. I have both versions and the fan edition sounds a lot better

Regardless, my discs are chipped, and therefore, garbage. So I'm mad as hell they won't replace them.

The fan edition is much heavier and is likely to last longer.

Now they're saying they won't issue me a refund if I send the vinyl back without the poster insert

 

I'm mad as fuck and already said to forward my emails to someone with a higher authority, because this is bullshit.

 

I get a rare pressing of an album, I receive it damaged, and then they refuse to compensate me for anything, and the only agreement they'll come to is an even trade where I get nothing out of this.

I'm more livid y'all won't do anything about the fact that my vinyls were sent to me CHIPPED

I didn't realize this! I assumed they were the exact same barcode and records. I am suddenly feeling a bit better about getting totally ripped off hahaha I'm gonna frame the poster and pretend I like it haha

I would file a seperate complaint and say the discs are chipped AND the poster is missing haha then keep the poster haha

I got the manager's number and I can call him but regardless if I want a refund or some compensation, the poster has to go
