I dont know why people talk trash about this album....it's actually really good. Great follow-up to Circus...since I didn't like that album too much.

Exactly. Circus was too sugar-coated

Only song I really don't like on the whole album is trip to my heart. Otherwise it's the album I listen to most. It's the only one u really hear songs of in the gay and straight bars collectively. Definitely was a great album. People are tripping when they say it's one of her worst. Gasoline is still one of my favorite songs ever tbh.

Edit: Trip to Your Heart! sorry flopped with that one

You're right man...people be trippin hardcore.

It is very good album in terms of production and hit potential but it lacked of personality and promotion was horrible - her look, awkwardness, dancing. Still one of my favs,   :toxicwink:

On point.

Her look at the time is what killed the era I think. If she was looking smoking hot back in January-March I think their would have been more hype amongst the fans and GP. But she came looking tired and bloated.

I remember when Gasoline was rumored to be the 5th single :( but we got nothing.

I know. I was hoping she pulled a radar and released it later. I got my hopes up when it was in her perfume commercial tbh. :(

It was definitely a good year for music that years, you had every pop girl serving good catchy tunes for the club. I remember how awesome it felt to dance to "Hold It Against Me" and "Till The World Ends" in the club, even doing the choreo. Although, "I Wanna Go" was one of the best, sadly I just jumped up and down during it (thanks Britney) and I remember "Criminal" being played a lot as well, the crowds loved it. I think "Up N' Down" and "Big Fat Bass" were played occasionally. It was an album for clubs and having fun.

I'm just disappointed we only got four singles and songs like "Inside Out, Up N' Down, He About To Lose Me and Selfish" were never looked at for being singles after "Criminal" didn't do as hoped.

My input on the hate for Trip To Your Heart is that her voice was waay too robotic and computerized. It was just too much. But that's just one hater's opinion.

I agree, I love Criminal but it shouldn't have been a single. It doesn't represent the album at all. My choices would have been:

1. Hold It Againat Me

2. Till the World Ends

3. I Wanna Go

4. He About to Lose Me OR Inside Out

5. Up N' Down

I agree! Everybody was releasing great music. 2013/2014 has been so disapointing :(
