We need to talk about the condition of the pre-ordered Glory vinyls, and the company that produced them. (Photos.) - Updated with email complaints.

So y'all remember me telling y'all about how my pre-ordered vinyl was shipped DAMAGED, right? :queenflopga:

 

Well, a friend of mine who also had one, quess what? :queenflopga: 

His was FUCKING DAMAGED TOO! :queenflopga:

 

 

The company who handled the pre-orders is garbage. And they need to admit it. :queenflopga:

When I raised hell through the complaints via email, they said the only thing they could do was give me a refund 2h3y152.jpg

Like no? 2h3y152.jpg Replace my vinyl? Right? They said it was a one time pressing. :ashley:

 

 

Cool. So they didn't want to agree to let me keep the poster with my name on it because to get my refund, they would have to "send the damaged product back to the record label in it's entirety." :ashley:

 

 

Okay, that I can understand. I dropped the subject. My mom and I took a second look and it looks like the vinyls will be fine, playback wise. :ashley:

 

I'm just salted as hell that the case is damaged, along with the discs being chipped :ashley:

 

And they were fucking SENT THAT WAY :ashley:

 

Before anyone wants to blame FedEx, they had my vinyl in a cardboard box, taped up, TONS of shipping paper, and the vinyl was in bubble wrap.

Not ANYWHERE in the box were the two little black pieces from the vinyl.

But the reason I blame the company who did the vinyls?

 

The fucking labels on the vinyls are also damaged. They're just... I dunno how to describe them, but they're damaged as well.

 

BUT FUCK ME, RIGHT? This "premium" one time pressing isn't apparently important to this company. :ashley:

RCA either chose a cheap ass company, or they chose a really shitty one and should do something tbh :queenflopga:

Please don't disappoint a diehard fan. I don't want to sound rude, I believe I should be treated better than this for devoting my life to the Goddess that is Britney Spears.

Thank you for  your email inquiry.  First let us apologize for the condition of your Vinyl.  Unfortunately, this vinyl is a one time deal (special edition)  We wish we can replace it, however it is impossible at this time.  What we can do is send you our return/exchange policy.  That way you can return the vinyl to us.  Once we have the vinyl, (s) we should go ahead and refund your credit card.

Britney's team need to be made aware of this tbh. I know in general they're pretty shitty but they'd probably actually do something for those who got damaged ones, even if it was a free piece of merch or smth.

Complain to Team B and maybe they'll give you a M&G ticket so Britney can personally engrave your name into the vinyl using a fork :omg1:

Thats the thing, I emailed the team on her website and here we are :ashley: so unless someone says something to RCA or Larry, I'm fucked. And that's alright to them :ashley: cause all they want is money :ashley:

 

I'm down for her engraving my insert with a fork tho :yasqueen:

They wouldn't let me keep the fucking poster. I told them I'd just buy a replacement vinyl from a store and keep the poster but they said no.

Yup :ashley: This is how I get treated after shelling out $65 for the vinyl then an extra $20 for shipping. 

 

I'm mad as hell because nothing's being done.

have you called them? thats what i usually do. write emails, call them, just annoy them, because usually one costumer service dude doesnt know what the other did, so they all do the same thing over and over again :fliphair:
