I'm pretty sure spins is the number of "spins" it gets on radio, so literally the number of times it was played. Idk wtf bullet is, but audience is how many people the song has reached that day. So if we're getting these 0.2 audience increases, that means like 200,000 more people heard it today than yesterday. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, I got into this stuff around the time Scream & Shout was having all it's success on radio.
