QueenBBitches Posted December 17, 2016 #1 Report Posted December 17, 2016 Forgive me if this has already been said many times but my glory vinyl skips a lot. Like a lot. It's the pre ordered one. Does anyone know if it's a massive problem or just mine and if it is a problem how do I return it? Just at her store?
HeadstrongWolf Posted December 17, 2016 #2 Report Posted December 17, 2016 You gotta contact the online store, but they'll want the entire vinyl back. The insert, poster, everything. If you wanna complain, I got the phone number from one of the higher-ups in the company. This now makes at least four damaged pre-ordered vinyls. 2

Captain B Posted December 18, 2016 #5 Report Posted December 18, 2016 I'm still waiting for mine to arrive... but I don't have a vinyl player so I am only buying it as a collector's item. I do wanna buy some portable vinyl player someday though.

Mrs Jared Leto Posted December 18, 2016 #7 Report Posted December 18, 2016 omg i feel so sorry for y'all. i cant imagine how it feels like when you waste your money on this and then get a damaged product.... and this happens before christmas. wondering if there will be more damaged vinyls after christmas (cause people got it as gift)
cameltoe123 Posted December 18, 2016 #8 Report Posted December 18, 2016 I feel like you all have shitty Crosley record players, my Glory works like a charm, but I also have a higher end piece of equipment. Crosley is an awful brand. Also, if you are playing it on something vintage that could also be a problem, since the new 180g vinyl is not designed for most vintage equipment (record used to be light as hell, you will notice if you have anything from the 80s or older)
JoshLee Posted December 19, 2016 #9 Report Posted December 19, 2016 I just bought one at the store, and it works, also it hangs on my wall so I have no complaints
