Forgive me if this has already been said many times but my glory vinyl skips a lot. Like a lot. It's the pre ordered one. Does anyone know if it's a massive problem or just mine and if it is a problem how do I return it? Just at her store?

You gotta contact the online store, but they'll want the entire vinyl back. The insert, poster, everything.

If you wanna complain, I got the phone number from one of the higher-ups in the company.

This now makes at least four damaged pre-ordered vinyls.

Same. I wanted one initially, but now I'm glad I didn't get one. I've seen complaints on Twitter, too.

THIS... i'll just buy the $30 ones form UO

omg i feel so sorry for y'all. i cant imagine how it feels like when you waste your money on this and then get a damaged product.... and this happens before christmas. wondering if there will be more damaged vinyls after christmas (cause people got it as gift)

I feel like you all have shitty Crosley record players, my Glory works like a charm, but I also have a higher end piece of equipment. Crosley is an awful brand. Also, if you are playing it on something vintage that could also be a problem, since the new 180g vinyl is not designed for most vintage equipment (record used to be light as hell, you will notice if you have anything from the 80s or older)
