It's the "Oddly Satisfying" thing. There's clips like this, clips of people playing with putty, clips of people playing with kinetic sand, stuff like that. It's oddly soothing and I totally watch those on Instagram to calm down.

 

I hate ASMR with the whispering though. Some people love to hear other people whisper but it grosses me out lmao
