It sounds fake, because it's low quality, and I can't find a single video of "Crazy from Detroit".

According to the user who provided me with the link, it's from the Crazy2K tour.

I can make out SOME words from the Sin City rap, but not all of them.

I don't really know if it's called the "Sin City Rap". Some call it the "Punkd Rap" because Britney appeared on the show with Ashton Kutcher at her side singing it live (yes, live)

 

There's an extended fanmade version of it titled "It Feels Nice", i think the song which never got out in full really is untitled tho... That's all i know. And the lyrics are kind of like:

It really does sound like her, but I didn't think she invented the rap before then. Much less perform it live.
