Apparently the producers of Fast and Furious like the rough version  of the song "hey ma" which originally featured Britney and  Romeo Santos along with Pitbull but instead they switched them for Camilla Cabello and Jay Balvin.  According to Pitbull, Britney is not too hung up about it and looks forward to working with him in the future.

All I can say is damn we lost a potential hit.

Whiny fans who dont understand this just like S&S could have saved her and made her more of a non gay act especially for a movie thatll be as big as Furious 8 which targets an audience that know nothing of her.

whatever...keep on hoping shell collab with Celine,Mariah and Cher and then ask why she flops more and stays in vegas...   Whatever

Saved her? Please. Pitbull ultimate sign of a dead career and ultimate desperation for a moderate hit.

Not gonna lie here. This was a great opportunity for Britney to expand and update her fanbase. It may not be the ideal release or collab, but having her vocals on one of the biggest blockbusters soundtrack would have put her right in the spotlight for a couple weeks.

"just like S&S could have saved her"  you said it yourself, "could have", and did S&S saved her ? No. Collab with Pitbull wouldn't have saved her either and worse it would just scream desperation and even more hasbeen than she already is now.

Success relies on her and nobody else, to be relevant again SHE  needs to step up her game, move HER ass and do it by HERSELF. But that will never happen.

S&S is in her top 3 best charting songs and selling songs as well received by radio and straight people AND her highest viewed video on youtube by far. Relevancy aside she just needs a hit once in a while and its not about pitbull its about the movie... We all know how 'see you again' exploded for the previous movie ...

and Britney will never be rekevant again because her act is goofy and bubblegum just like Katy Perry and acts like that are not taken seriously... Why do you think both are always snubbed by the Grammys as oppose to serious talking artists who dont joke around or release a 'pretty girls' (taylor, beyonce, Madonna (before she started bubblegumming))

And ? S&S was a hit but certainly not because of Britney, Will.i.am was big in Europe at that time, he had a really big GP support. It could have featured an unknown singer it would have been a hit anyway. The point is it didn't help Britney in any way because everything she released after that flopped. Or had like what 1 day of success, lol.

And last point it's exactly what i said , she needs to step up her game.

Change marketing strategy, stop being so cheesy and shallow but more mature (music and personality wise - i'm not asking her to be fake or anything, just it's not complicated to show some passion and make complete sentences when she talks about her work and make actual serious interviews rather than dumb skit), truly invest herself in her work, make documentary that would show how a hardworker and perfectionist she apparently is -which is hard to believe nowadays to me- (and you could see her sing LIVE too), proprely promote etc...  in other words just make her interesting again and rebuilt her image. And also, do something about the lipsyncing, either she makes outstanding visual performances and boost her dancing abilities to 200% and in that case it's fine or she sings live when she doesn't dance and at least pre record songs when she's """"""dancing"""""", because i'm sorry but to come to the point to lipsync next to someone who's singing live, it's nothing but ridiculous and shameful, there's no way to be taken seriously like that. I can't even count how many times i've seen people say she's an empty shell with no talent, but it's not surprising because it's like she's doing everything to consolidate that image.

But then again it won't happen. And it's not a collab that will save her, because the collabs won't be big thanks to her and it won't change her hasbeen status, if anything it will just make people say she can't have any hits by herself.

S&S was nr. 1 on the world chart, and people loved it. Yes, of course it was because of the annoying sound and Will.I.Am, but at least it was still like "wow Britney have a hit!"

I remember Britneystans was like "Britney needs her Feel This Moment" back then when that was a thing, and suddenly people are like "Britney doesn't need anyone". No, shoe doesn'tneeeeeed anyone, but it could always help, it is NEVER wasted.
