She did at least a nose surgery for sure, not talking about a recent one but around the start of her career, her nose was so big there's no way it became so small by magic lol.

Eyelid surgery for sure too but that was more recent.

And then of course things like botox, fillers, lip injections, even tho these arent surgeries but still, that's what destroying her face right now.

She had a minor nose surgery a couple months before the release of Britney Jean and also some cheek fillers (her face suddenly got lifted and plumped). I remember her face during Wango Tango 2013 was so different and youthful because of that. As for the lip fillers, she's been about that life since forever... or at least since 2007. And more recently, botox, which is pretty obvious in some pictures where her face looks a bit stiff.

 

PS: I don't want to sound judgemental here, I love her and I support plastic surgery as a free choice anyone with money can make. Plus I think her doctor is doing a good job because it is not too drastic

Photo edits , also diet and self care can be a lot of it as well. I however do not doubt lip filling ,  or other fillers...but I dont rlly count that as surgery ^_^ . Point is her face is very very much like it was back in '01. 

So lets say she does get tons of work done , she still looks uncanny to earlier days. I just thought the comparison pic was rlly neat to show comparison

I've yet to see any real proof besides people flapping their gums and desperately pulling up photoshopped pictures to prove Britney's had any surgical procedures. Lip injections/fillers do not count. She looks like she should for her age, and that's beautiful.

People seem to forget that in about 4 years she will be 40. She's been around close to 20 years, she's had stress, she's gone through different makeup artists, she's gained weight loss weight, had a lot of babyfat in her face up until about 2008, 2009. Then she's had fillers. She obviously had a nosejob back in the day. I think she was using a filler in her nose recently to make it look more straight. She also gets her lips filled regularly. She looks fine for whatever she is doing and honestly be happy she still looks like herself unlike some others. They all get work done, at least she doesn't really deny it or hide it.
