How do they select the freakshow person?

This has been puzzling me since lace & leather with the femme fatale tour! How does Britney's team choose the freak show guy or girl?!?! And how do you sign up lol!!!!

The way I know, she just asks if anyone wants to "come up and slay with her". Then she chooses a volunteer and her dancers then help that person on stage and in outfit

 I know some are already pre selected , just depends on the show

I think they preselect all of them... usually the most famous dude in the house that night I would guess lol. I am going to the show in August and it would be a dream come true if I got picked for that!!

I remember reading somewhere that her team takes photos of the crowd before the show and Britney selects who she wants from that. Plus I'm sure it's different when there's a celebrity in the audience.
