Isnt there here someone who could tell me if the staff asks for the ID  normally at the concerts?

I'm spending around 1000€ in this trip... I couldnt sleep tonight because of this  issue

Not sure where your from, but here in the U.S., I’ve been to a lot of concerts and I’ve never been carded, I just show my ticket, they give a search and your good to go. Now if you don’t have your tickets and have to pick them up at the arena, you do need ID.

Only time I’ve been to a concert where they asked for ID even though we physically had tickets was JT 20/20,tour, we got VIP and my cousin had to show her ID that she was purchaser, but I think that was just cuz of the fact it was VIP.

Things could be different where your from but I think as long as it’s a regular ticket and you have it on you, you should be fine.

that's the question....I've read a lot of complaints aboit viagogo.com tickets....

I am from Spain, bit the concert si in Paris ((France). I think the normal thing is sacnning the ticket and not to check all the IDs....but, I am worried.

is his name on the ticket? if so, ask the seller if you could get a copy and show him this screen shot of the website. maybe he does it.

I would like be able to do that, but I bought the tickets from Viagogo.com and they dont give me the personal info of the previous owner.

If your that worried, you should just call the arena and ask and maybe even call the viagogo place too and asked them about it.

Have you even received the tickets yet?? If not you could be stressing over nothing, original buyers name may not even be on it.

Yes, I have the tickets, and the name is on  them.

Viagogo doesnt have an info telephone, only an email address which I have written 2 emails and I only got authomatic answers.... an absolutely awful post-sales service.

I cant call to Arena because I know nothing of French....so I'm afraid Iwont be able to speak with them.

@estherilla I used to work for AccorHotels and they are a big company. Try to send them emails and they will answer you in English do not worry. Let us know what they told you!

I just have sent them an email right now. I'm afraid they will tell me the same that is said at the website...but I lose nothing by trying.

I'll tell you what they answer to me.

thanks

If you have a normal ticket, they will not ask you your ID card.
I already seen concert in Paris, they never ask. They can't do that for 20000 tickets :Icant:

NOw if it's a VIP package, the chek-in is not really done by AccordHotelsArena. For the Femme Fatale tour,it was Britney's team (Felicia) but they never ask my ID,

that's the answer I recieved this morning from the AccorHotels Arena's customer service:

Hello,

Our security staff can ask you a ID to prove that the tickets are yours. Unfortunately, your seller could send the same ticket to different person. So we can't help you to know if they are valid.
Make sur to use official seller next time you want to buy some tickets.

well, yesterday I sent a letter to the person whose name and address appears in the tickets.

I ask him to help me with the problem, I give him my phone number and email to contact me and to send me his id copy.

I don't know how much time it will take for the letter to arrive to France from Spain... I hope he will understand the problem. If he doesnt answer... I will have to think that maybe there is something dark behind.
