Jamie Lynn resigns as Trustee of Britney's SBJ Trust!

This is some pretty GREAT news! Jamie Lynn has resigned her role as trustee over Britney's trust and thus Lou's company can't get their hands on Britney's assets. Ingham was granted guardian over the trust in the interim, this issue will be heard November 10th along with everything else. Jamie needs to take a lesson from Jamie Lynn and resign, too!

On one hand, at least it’s out of Lou’s grubby hands, on the other hand, I don’t entirely trust Ingham, hopefully, it’s just temporary and Britney has final say in who takes over.

Since Britney legally doesn't have capacity to be trustee, it makes sense for Ingham to be a guardian of it until a final decision can be made. Since he essentially speaks for her and her wishes in court. I'm glad he's the guardian right now, because it keeps it out of Jamie's hands for the time being!

I know he has to speak for her and all but I’m hoping he at least had a discussion with her about it. As long as it’s far away from Jamie/Lou’s grasp is what really matters I guess.

 

I just can’t help but wonder what changed, could it have been the backlash from fans, girl was prolly like, I can’t deal anymore, I want far away from this mess, lol

Unless they knew ahead of time that Jamie Lynn was going to resign I doubt there was a discussion about it. I'd rather it be in the hands of Ingham via Britney, than Jamie/team con. I mean, unless we see Ingham trying to make moves with the trust within the next 8 days, there's nothing wrong with him being the guardian of it.

 

Jamie Lynn definitely cares about the backlash and the things that people say to her online so that very well could be part of it. She's young too, and that's a lot of responsibility to be put on her. Maybe she had a conversation with Britney about it and realized the best thing for her to do is not be involved in sinking team con.

Ingham knows damn well we’re watching too, so I guess he’d have to pretty fucking stupid to try anything shady. 
 

If Bessemer gets approved, maybe they’ll have them take over the trust as well, that be the wisest decision imo.
