Judge Denies Petition to Suspend Jamie, Will Be Heard Sept 29!

Unfortunate, but not surprising. Perhaps her calendar was full, but it's alarming that even a medical team stating it's in Britney's best interest for him to at least be suspended until the hearing wasn't enough. Hope Rosengart is ready.

It says without prejudice which means Rosengart can (and hopefully will) refile. I feel like he was going easy and light with the first one and will be more aggressive now that he knows exactly what he's dealing with regarding this judge.

Hope you're right. I just cannot understand Penny's reasoning or judgement. I'd feel less worried if Satan were in charge of Britney's cship.

I read that judges in the probate court don't make decisions without court appointed people telling them what to do. In my opinion, this ruling is based on her previous one. When Ingham asked for his suspension and she did they same thing- denied without prejudice. It's Rosengart's move now! And he's already a million times more efficient and competent than Ingham was.
