A range of Universe members recently took 57 of  the most representative looks of Britney's career and gave each look a rating between 0 and 10. This is the original thread.

 

 

 

Now here are your results:

 

 

 

At the 2000 Billboard Music Awards, Britney chose to dress like a pimp from the 1970's. The psychedelic color scheme of this coat and fuzzy-hat combo was definitely noticeable! You, however, seem to not love this dress?/coat?/underwear? mashup and voted this outfit in LAST place!

 

 

 

 

 

When Britney recieved her own Star on the Walk Of Fame in 2003, she opted for her beloved blue jeans, a pink top and fluffy jacket. Her fans are not too impressed and thus the outfit lands on #38!

 

 

 

 

 

During her "...Baby One More Time Tour" in 1999 Britney was involved in the entire process, even in the design of the costumes. She worked with fashion designer Gia Ventola to create the costumes for her and the dancers, including this combo of a pink crop top and white trousers. You placed this outfit @ #37!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even though summer has finally arrived you all seem to not be in love with Britney's casual summer fashion or at least not this blue and white outfit from Britney's 1999 photoshoot with Marc Baptiste. Despite this being one of my personal favs you all voted this on #36!

the bbma dress is really weird haha but I love that she dared to experiment and didn't just choose a short black dress to look pretty.

Here we have the signature 2000's teeny popstar look. A beret type of flat hat, the obligatory shades, flares, a baby-T and a faux-fur coat. Back then Britney was very much in style, dare I say she even created it? 12 years later, however, barely anyone seems to approve of this look as you voted this on #35!

 

 

 

 

 

At her VMA debut in 1999 Britney wore a risque sheer polka dot coat with strategically placed feathers and black trousers. #34!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This pink and neon orange top combined with black trousers and a bunch of fake tattoos lands on #33.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first post-breakdown outfit to leave this rate is the black and red leather leotard with red led-light elements that Britney wore during her "Till The World Ends" performance on Good Morning America in 2011.

The top 30 opens up with 3 outfits at once. The black dress and matching hairpiece that she wore on Letterman in 2006. Her knit dress/jumper combined with verrry high black leather boots from the Diesel Spring Fashion Show in 2003. And outfit from 1999's MTV EMA's

 

 

 

 

2 momney outfits share #29. The sheer floral top/dress that pregnant Britney wore when appearing at the Ellen Show with Kevin Federline in 2005. And her tomboy shirt and vest look from the Loose Women interview in 2011.

In August 2009, Britney caused quite a stir when she hosted a hunt through NYC. Hundreds of fans came together and cheered when Britney showed up to give 2 lucky winners free tickets to her concert that night. When it comes to the outfit the opinoins are split. What looks like grandma's table cloth to some may look fashionable to others. Still this outfit managed to land on a respectable #27!

What other popstar could pull off a jumpsuit the color of old silly putty with diamonds down past the navel? That's right no one. Britney's AMA's 2000 outfit lands on #26 and shares the spot with the sheer lace Dolce and Gabbana dress that is designed to let her red bra and black underwear peek through. She already wore this dress to the VMA's 2001. Recycleney ftw!

 

 

 

The first Britney Jean era outfit to leave this rate is the black cocktail dress with a rhinestone top that she wore to her welcome party to Vegas in December 2013. I'm a little bummed that this is so low but ok. #25!
