I've lost 91 pounds using britney as motivation!! I try to follow her exercise plan (running, weight lifting, abdominal training) and I'm getting really close to goal. I'm aspiring for her 2001 body (although her current body is a 500% improvement of my own). We all know how Britney worked out then, but what did she eat? We have current day diet plans, which I don't believe a word of because essentially she would be starving herself. I'm super curious to know what her diet was at her leanest. I'm also wondering if anyone knew her 2001 body fat percentage or measurements. I appreciate any help you can give me!! Thanks!! :)

I think you should ask someone that's specialized on the subject because her diet had to do with her life style...you may workout a lot, but maybe you don't have the same level of activity as her, she had to do rehearsals, shoot music videos, and do performances at night...so the number of calories that she had to eat probably were more than you have too...I don't know your day to day, but it's just something to think about

!hat did she eat? Poptart and Fe's special coffee for breakfast.  :aintevenmad: I also remember her always eating tuna sandwiches for lunch. For dinner, probably some hotel food? I remember her eating corn soup once. I don't know what else but the major reason for that body was exercise. She was very thin in 2000 so it wasn't so hard to get that 2001ney body. If a heavy person can lose weight than a thin person can also get in great shape

Britney's 2001 workout routine:

30 minutes on treadmill running 6 mph or higher

Flat bench press

Incline bench press

Dumbell curls

Hammer curls

Shoulder press

Squats

Lunges

Donkey kicks

50 crunches

50 bicycles

50 hip raises

50 side crunches

Repeat above routine 3 times through, 3 times a week.

That's a crazy workout. I always try and then stop about a third of the way or midway through it. I'm trying to get there with baby steps though.Today I jogged for at least 13 minutes straight without stopping :pieceofwhat:

Abs are made in the kitchen so you need to eat really healthy to have her 2001 body.

I think that is why britney's weight changes so much this days, because she loves to eat

(like me, so i will never have those killer abs)
