That's the way the human body works (muscles contracting and the way your skin reacts to taht). She's walking so one moment her leg is flexed and looking smooth, next it's not.

If she's not perfect it's because someone photoshopped it, obviously She's human like everybody else, she has cellulite like 90% of women on Earth. That's it.
