Of course she can have a huge smash again. S&S was a huge hit. I know, it wasn't a solo single. But the fact it was so huge without promo proves she can do it. You just need to release the right song at the right time.

 

IWG and TTWE were small hits, imo nowhere near the success of Womanizer.

Completely agree. She's the one that started working with Bloodshy & Avant, The Neptunes, The Outsiders... I like it when she does that. She should be a trendsetter like she once was, try something new from time to time.

Some of her best music IMO came from those new producers.  I would like her to work with Orbit again too just because he made it sound like he was rushed with alien which is one of the better tracks on BJ.  He genuinely seems passionate about her.

Promo helps, but it's not going to guarantee a number one Womanizer was more talked about cause of the video. Personally, I heard TTWE around more though. She just needs proper timing, a better sound, a hot, shocking video.

If you're talking "hit" as in success her last one was TTWE, WB might have done good on radio but it only spent 2/3 non-consecutive weeks in the top 20 before falling like 10 spots every week after that, so I wouldn't call it a hit
