Why would they only prerecord the chorus and bridge though? 

Is that a real question?  ...The whole tour is pre recorded its not just the bridge and chorus 0f womanizer...The quality of the video happens to be much clearer and we can hear the track more distinctly...no trust we would know if Britney was singing live....& it doesn't sound live.. sorry love

It isn't all prerecorded though, they've used original CD vocals for a lot of the songs so patronise somebody else 

lol relax im not patronizing you dont get defensive  ...Well not all of the songs are CD vocals some really are pre recorded & its obvious compared to the ones that arent.

If they are pre recorded i wish it was a little more noticeable only because if you don't pay attention to it it doesn't sound like the audio different

I believe that this is her real voice that it's live..she has a amazing & unique voice... I wish she would sing more live but no matter what I love her!
