Collectors: about leaks/things circulating

Hey guys,

 

I feel like I need to address a few things I have seen happening lately and going around.

 

First and foremost, V magazine images. I have not said anything until now, but all of those leaks have been sourced from me and a cap of the images sent out over a year ago now. For real, DO NOT post these images with relation to this website and someone needs to reach out to Britney Museum as well. Mario Testino's people are aware of the recent leak of the Britney images and they aren't happy. I have been in the image collecting scene now for 10 years and this isn't to be taken lightly: they will issue cease and desist orders and track IP addresses via ArtPartner, his syndiction agency. I have the full images but I will not be giving them out/sharing them. The two posted with the blurry portion over another tag were my leaks on another site and John Villalobos or w/e his name is got that small preview from me a long time ago. 

 

I'm sorry, but I cannot post them. Don't bother asking. Those cannot leak in full or this forum will have a major issue and some sort of legal issue come its way.

 

Second: quite a few pieces of fake audio are going around. Fake songs are running rampant: a song being passed around called "Like I'm Fallin'" or "Someday" is NOT Britney, and also a fake as hell "Grow" that is a pitched-up version of a song someone wrote and posted on Exhale a few years ago. DO NOT TAKE THESE. THEY ARE FAKE.

 

Some of you might call me or other collectors out for not sharing everything we have, but the reality of it is that some of us put in a lot of money and effort and legally signed contracts to get things we have or got really lucky. It's not something I expect anyone to understand but I REALLY hope you all took time to read this.

 

I love this forum and will post exclusives once in awhile, but no more leaks in terms of pictures, especially V magazine. I know that's the hot thing right now, but it has to stop.

THANK YOU for posting this! I told everyone those pictures had leaked some time ago and that they shouldn't call it a "Universe Exclusive" but dumbass didn't listen.

Jordan Miller basically has a protection in place for himself via his site because of his relationship with Team Britney and his extensive web traffic.

 

Furthermore, in response to an earlier comment, images aren't JUST images. Photoshoots are commissioned by a publication for exclusivity and used to sell magazines or some sort of merchandise. If these images leak, photographers come after those leaking their images. Example: if an outtake leaks online then the value of the image goes WAY down, so photographers would lose profits if a publication came to them saying they wanted an exclusive or to re-use an image. That's the game being played here. Mario Testino has always been a stickler for his work, and when he was hacked not too long ago, he really faced a problem and came after fansites posting his images. Quite a few of my friends from the Lady Gaga community were issued cease and desist orders. I don't want that happening here, on Exhale or Britney Museum.

 

Furthermore, the Britney Jean images are leaking and if THOSE leak, there will be an even bigger problem for all collectors and sources of images. See, when things leak, main sources (myself on a number of occasions) can lose access to things because people on Britney's team wisen up and change passwords or take things down, etc. and it becomes harder to get things.

yup and the worst thing is sometime we invest money, and then we trade and the person who you trade leak the stuff and you loose your money cause you cant trade your stuff anymore cause isnt rare now

Considering trading and selling of Britney images (I call it the Britney Black Market) or audio or video is ILLEGAL because we aren't any kind of official anything, just fans with time on our hands, THAT^ isn't the worst part of this.

 

What if this forum/site was shut down for good? And the owners/admins faced some sort of legal issue? It has happened before with other people (TangibleBrit, BreatheHeavy, UBritney) and it could happen here. The main issue is simple:

 

Stop leaking outtakes for now. The issue is that Britney fans don't know how to stay quiet or keep things to themselves, myself included on occasion.

Plus you said it yourself, you were the original source, so it's your fault if people are spreading those pics now.

You clearly were not around for the TangibleBrit issue nor do you realize why Britney Boards and Exhale have rules about Mark Liddell images.

Oh and take that sorry excuse and shove it: I'm not worried about leaks because I have more than enough and plenty that will never see the light of day. I'm looking out for this forum because Javier and Jen have been amazing to me. Furthermore, I paid for rights to HAVE the V magazine images and the agency is aware I have them. It isn't my fault if people share things after I say "do not give this out." I keep tabs on everything I give out and know exactly where things came from.

You don't remember the massive ITZ image leak by girlicious.nu? Ranjit Singh-Grewal pulled almost all of those images from syndication because of that, aka we'll never get more outtakes.

 

And again: I have way more than just those. Trust me, I will never need to complain about not having Britney images. I'm not pressed over them leaking, I'm worried about this forum. And again: no one can keep their mouths shut nor do people listen when they're told not to give something out or trade it. That's why leaks are happening.

The baby pictures leaked before the release of the magazine that's totally different.

 

You won't get more Ranjit Singh-Grewal outtakes cause he's dead. The pictures must be on some computer/HDD no one uses anymore.

i know it must be frustrating but as a fan, we get pretty selfish because we want everything Britney

This guy is MATT. He sells things VERY EXPENSIVE. And that's why he's mad with all this leakers. He's loosing things, loosing money... making people mad! He already leaked a lot of things after selling it! 

 

Now, with all this leaks... he's just worried with his ILLEGAL material/sale. And thats it.
