I'm happy that the personal songs didn't make the cut in Britney Jean.

Why would you include such personal and involving songs in an album you will never "promote"?

Those songs deserve to be promoted and be known to the audience.

I'm not being negative/trolling.etc.

What I'm trying to say is, why not include some of those 30 unreleased songs to Britney's NEXT album where she can somehow promote it?

I remember listening to some standup/Q&A show done by Kevin Smith (The guy who plays silent bob) & he was talking about how he once filmed a documentary for Prince. He asked Prince's manager when it was going to air, and he said probably never. That Prince has years worth of albums, videos, etc etc to release after he dies.  

 

Do you think maybe this is the same for Britney? 

 

I mean, I never EVER want to think of Britney dying, but I may find some comfort in knowing that she will still be releasing things after she's gone, if you know what I mean...

I don't really care if she doesn't promote tbh, i just want good music. At this point, promotion is just a plus, i don't see the point of making an album if it's bad and meaningless just because she doesn't promote it, would be better to not even doing anything. It's not because she doesn't promote that it's ok if the songs aren't that great. I want quality and heart in her work , promotion or not.

Actually personal songs are not to be promoted imo, like I wouldn't like (and is not gonna happen either) watching Britney singing "singing" deep personal songs in shitty tv shows bc that would end up in people bashing her etc etc things we already know.

I would LOVE if she'd have released WB and prpmoted just that song to get attention for the álbum and then the whole fanbase would have loved the álbum and of course she could have released any song make any video bc there would be "optimism" and hype around the songs, something that is definitely not here for the songs that actually made the cut

First of all that 30 songs isn't an official number. Second of all songs like that Home song isn't more personal than what is on Britney Jean. Nor is it darker. Perhaps better depending on what you like but the producer/song writers have the right to pull the songs.

Yeah I just feel that she went as personal as she is willing to go. The songs show different sides of her personality and how she feels or has felt at a certain point in her life and certainly her career. Look at the songs and read the lyrics and that's the meaning
