You're not her so you can't really say what she wants to do with her career now. How can you be so sure about that? I personally don't think she'll retire any time soon.

I think everyone's forgetting the real need to retire and your thinking and saying it way too much. She only said 'yeh maybe' when asked about it. It wasn't a calculated answer. Also once you get back into things (Pom show) you probs won't want to have a break as you might have done before

Not true. Her recording contract promises 8 studio albums. She didn't have a choice on the matter of whether or not to retire. She does now, though.

kill yourself. no one's ever going to miss you. i swear.  :blackoutsmiley:

I don't want her to retire but if that's what she wants thats fine as long as she is happy (and I'm like  :crying1: )

but as that bitch wendy williams said the other day vegas is perfect for her because she can perform and at the same time be the mom she wants to be, who knows maybe in the future she decided to do some sitcom, a movie, release an album and tour only the USA and a few countries, she doesn't need to retire to be the mom she wants to be (of course is up to her if she really want to quit)

besides if she ever decide not to have more kids (which i doubt) SP and JJ will grow up and start to do their own thing (sports, high school, girlfriends) you know, not following mommy everywhere anymore, and she will fell the need to keep herself busy with some project

any ways we'll have to wait and see what she decide :zoomzoom:

Sometimes I feel like she would love to, and if she really does hate being famous like some people say, then I would love for her to retire. I enjoy her music dont get me wrong it, i got all the albums, and i fucking adore her, hence why i want her to be happy. If shes unhappy doing what she does it would be selfish of us to force her doing it just cuz we want her music. But ofc just like any stan out there, I hope she doesnt :D

Whatever SHE wants tbh  :smokeney:

But I would love to see her make two more albums. End her recording career with a bang, with pride, and with the big ONE O. She should not keep recording IMO like Madonna is now.   :ugohome:  It's quite embarrassing

I personally feel like Britney is trying to make a career of two decades. Having 20 years on top of the game is both legendary and relevant. I would love to see her release an album in the late 2010s and one other in early 2020s and then focus on family/acting/business/other ventures. Having 10 albums and hopefully about 8 #1 albums with countless hit songs and classics is all she and we could ask for. She's already a legend. She has nothing to prove, but it would be nice if she ended with a huge bang. Typically legends die early and become icons right there and then. Britney survived death and the infamous 27s, and she's an icon in pop music, pop culture, and in humanity and life. She's the world's sweetheart. She is the one and only Britney. She will always be remembered in pop culture and music. Forever.  :tbh:

Do I want her to retire? No.  :youpoorthing:

Should she retire ? If that's what makes her, happy, YES. If she wants to retire from making music and concerts because she's not feeling it anymore, I'm totally backing her on that. I'm a fan of Britney the Performer, but also of Britney the human being. So if that's what makes her happy and peaceful, and fulfilled with life, and she may wants to focus on family, I'm totally for it.

Bottom line: she should do whatever makes her happy, go on or retire, regardless of us. It's her life.  :crying5:

I agree :sosad::thatsright::shankyou: Britney should follow her bliss, whether it's in the music biz or not
