No offense but I think zumba is the biggest fad ever. I don't see how that would get any results tbh

Biggest, and fad contradiction what you just said.

A fad doesn't last more than 8 years, this has, and is growing bigger than it ever has. I have seen personal weight loss, and muscle gain, and I meet people daily who lost half their original body weight. It cured one of my setudents back problems, and it makes me a lot of money! So I have to disagree with you.

I love Zumba, but I have a cordinationproblem or whatever you call it in english, so I prefer to stay home in my livingroom doing it :)

Kim kardashian makes a lot of money but does she have anything useful to offer the world? No! Women are taken in by it and you prey upon their insecurities and longing for better bodies but the moves aren't high impact or intense enough to give any actual results aka it doesnt work. And this is coming from a trained dancer. It looks fun I'll give you that but as someone who has lost over 126 pounds himself I beg to differ on Its effectiveness. there are far better forms of dance cardio out there such as Tracy Anderson's method now THAT gets amazing results. Also muscle gain? That ain't happening with Zumba lbr

I don't do anything else, so muscle gain is coming from Zumba, nothing else. Take it from a professional Fitness Instructor, not just a Dance ;)

P.s - Zumba is exercise, Is Dancing not excersize? Don't fool yourself.

I'm in great shape :)

Theres a difference between looking fit and being fit, which is the beauty of Zumba. It keeps you fit. You should have seen me before Zumba. I burned 1300 calories in my last class, not many other cardio exercise will help you do that! So technically, it does help you shed weight. You can use your own muscle weight to help bulid muscle, such as push ups, knee lifts, squats etc, which is evident in my video. People take classes for different reasons, for me it was for fun, but weight loss happened anyway, and I never dieted, If I wanted to, im pretty sure id be much fitter "looking". And No disrespect to you, but not only am I a profesional dancer, but I know my Fitness too, you respectfully do not. So I am not going to have this argument with you. But hey, if you need reference, look at any fitness website, voted number one fitness regime in 2012 and 2013. Now tell me im alone in this?

But you are actually spouting rubbish. Zumba might help to tone by burning excess fat(any form of cardio will dp that)but it certainly doesn't build muscle. Thats why its called cardio. Your zumba doesn't even use weights. And this isn't meant to come across as rude but you aren't exactly in the best shape yourself so that just further proves my point. But like is said it looks fun and good music choice :)

I'm a dancer myself and I don't use weights at all..I'm not very muscular, because I'm a girl and I don't like to see a lot of muscle in woman, but I have pretty good defined muscles, not in a masculine way, I think ahah....and I achieved that with only dancing and yoga (not zumba, more intense training, but again just dancing and exercising without any kind of weights...so I can see how a "normal" person (what I mean is someone who doesn't exercise everyday) can achieve a pretty good body with just zumba and things like this...they're not gonna look like dancers or athletes but it's a very fun way to achieve the desired body...it burns a lot of calories and the muscles will look more defined eventually...obviously not in a way that people that hit the gym and use weights almost everyday but it's a pretty satisfactory result I would say
