omg. As I've said before, I'll believe it when I have legit proof. And by legit proof I mean the full Alien stems on my hard drive. Until then I think it's Britney and Ana Diaz's vocals.

Are you talking about the vocals during the bridge? If so, the high vocals are backing and the lower vocals are the main vocals. Of course Myah would sing the high notes if they're backing vocals.

you know if it wasn't so obvious on he about to loose me chorus that it was not her signing the high part i would have given the benefit of the doubt and called myself crazy. but in my opinion that chorus was there to test the waters to see if they could get away with it on britney jean. i mean come on i have been listening to britney spears since i was ten years old i know it is not her singing on alot of the songs on britney jean and so does every other fan in there heart of hearts. i just think it is disappointing that fans don't even have an album to listen to now with out knowing and trusting that it is her singing. i think britney won't have the most loyal fan base for long if this is kept up.

I think that you're being overly dramatic, and the HATLM chorus was never meant to be passed off as Britney, imo. It very clearly does not sound like her. She's not the first artist to not sing the chorus of her song, I think it was intentional. Maybe they never got around to finishing the chorus and decided that it was too good of a song to leave off, and that'd be why it's a bonus track.

They never pretended to make it sound like Britney was singing the high notes on HATLM though. The song has credited backing vocalists just like all her other songs. Britney is clearly singing the deeper parts on the chorus and that's just how it's meant to be - a contrast of voices. The backing vocals are mixed a bit too high but they're not trying to fool anyone, they didn't hire anyone that sounds like Britney...

There's a lot, actually. For example J-Lo's Play has Christina Milian singing the chorus. And I hate to break it to you, but Britney isn't singing the chorus for Early Mornin' either.

IF they did ever hire Myah, or any other singer for that matter, to sing in place of Britney, why in the FUCK would they hire someone with such a shaky voice? Like, yeah this girl has a pretty weak voice and doesn't have very much control, let's hire her! Why wouldn't they hire someone who sounded like Britney but with better control and slightly stronger vocals? I know if I were to hire someone to sing for me, I'd make sure they were perfect. This proves nothing, that remix sounds like it's been slightly pitched up. It's not Myah.

Nope. Like I said, Britney only sang the verses and hook. Myah didn't sing the whole song, just "a few" vocals. Like "not alone", "take me home" and some others. And Myah "only" sang the chorus, the bridge and some lines on verses on Passenger. Britney recorded only the verses.

the operative word here is backing vocals the high voice is a main vocal britney is singing backing vocals. their job is to produce a professional sounding song everything produced on that song is intentional. they didn't by accident mix it wrongly it is actually very hard to hear britney on the chorus.i wonder if in an interview if she was asked would she say it is not her singing the higher part. it is trying to fool people she is a solo artist and someone else is singing different parts of her songs. it is not listed as a duet the vocals go beyond backing vocals. as a fan i draw the line at having to guess what bits of a song she is singing.  it is kind of insulting to fans and it is a bare faced lie the same as when she was asked if she sings live and she responded yes i always sing live. i'm telling you these people should work for bill clinton with all their technicalities. the way he said i did not have sexual relations with that woman and then he went back and said it turns out i did have sexual relations with that woman i just didn't understand the definition of sexual relations.

Myah did some backing vocals on FF so if Darkchild wanted to, he could have gotten her in to try and imitate Britney. Instead he chose to hire singers who sound nothing like her. Clearly it's not mean to sound like Britney.

 

Britney has always had a chorus of different vocalists doing backing vocals on her songs, and a lot of them have been more prominent than Britney's own vocals. This is nothing new so I don't get why you're all making such a fuss now. Obviously y'all are bored as fuck.

no she has never had such evident use of someone else voice in a chorus or throughout her songs. other times when she has used backing vocals it was always in the part where the song swells and the bass kicks in and you could always hear her voice.i actually think that the reason they don't get these singers to imitate her is because it has gotten to the point where they think they can get away with it and tell a bare faced lie. and her fans being so loyal wouldn't make a fuss. i mean it is embarrassing no other artist is doing this it is a sad day when fans have to guess which part of a solo artists songs are sung by the persons album you are buying.
