heather Posted July 11, 2014 #26 Report Posted July 11, 2014 Well, it was being discussed by EVERYONE already What difference does it make for them to do or not do it? At least it higlight-ed it in the right way: the paparazzi are the bad guys, not Britney They can make a show about whatever and however they'd like but for me personally despite the message it wasn't handled tastefully. Which I knew going in to watching something from South Park that it wouldn't have been 1

Goten21 Posted July 11, 2014 #28 Report Posted July 11, 2014 I love how her body looks on-point really, but they still says she's fat Also, funny how they say she's fat when her fucking head is blown off I personally think they handled the situation well: south park style
Prince_Calvin Posted July 11, 2014 #29 Report Posted July 11, 2014 The whole point of that head blown off imagery was that people would still be wanting more from her even if she was on death's door. That episode was about the fact that the media and its viewership were literally killing her and didn't care. The critique was on them, not Britney. 1
Brian.TheDog Posted July 11, 2014 #31 Report Posted July 11, 2014 I love how her body looks on-point really, but they still says she's fat Also, funny how they say she's fat when her fucking head is blown off I personally think they handled the situation well: south park style they did the episode showing how the media and the people were going at her during that time, of course it was exaggerated just a bit but it wasn't that far from the truth people who were offended by this episode are either ignorant or stupid, cuz this episode actually defended Britney which a lot of 'fans' seem to not do anymore 1

That episode was about the fact that the media and its viewership were literally killing her and didn't care. The critique was on them, not Britney. exactly, but i bet that some of these people didn't even watch it

laracroftonline Posted July 11, 2014 #34 Report Posted July 11, 2014 I disliked the whole episode! I still don't get why it had a go ahead to be aired!
M90 Posted July 12, 2014 #35 Report Posted July 12, 2014 its south park.... this show is for VERY inmmature people, and that show is so 1999 So is Britney
Joanhs Posted July 12, 2014 #36 Report Posted July 12, 2014 You really don't get the symbolic message in it, do you?? That even when her head is not right, she is still being forced on that stage, and MTV knew that too!
Ignacio Posted July 12, 2014 #37 Report Posted July 12, 2014 Black humor tbh. I mean they spread the right message but the jokes they made were kind of cringeworthy.
One More Time Posted July 20, 2014 Author #38 Report Posted July 20, 2014 I disliked the whole episode! I still don't get why it had a go ahead to be aired!
