What should Britney Jean (her most personal album) have been like in your opinion?

4. It Should Be Easy (with both singing the final chorus together)

5. Scream & Shout

6. song about her breakdown à la Blackout

7. emotional song about her breakdown

8. encouraging, uplifting song à la Stronger

9. Chillin With You

10. Don't Cry or Now That I Found You

1. Alien (about feeling lonely like an alien)

2. Work Bitch (encouraging song)

3. Perfume (about feeling insecure)

4. It Should Be Easy (about wanting love to be easy)

5. Scream & Shout (not a personal song, but it should have been included because more people would have bought the album and because the smash deserves to be on both albums)

6. song about her dark Blackout years, that would be interesting, meaningful and really personal

7. really emotional ballad about her feelings during the breakdown... scared, disappointed, destroyed

8. the empowernment anthem would be perfect following two dark and emotional songs

9. Chillin With You (has to be included, I love it so much!)

10. Don't Cry is a good last track, but Now That I Found You would have been a really joyful finale!

Imo, the álbum while not being her most personal yet (NAGNYAW, everytime, piece of me, overprotected, gimme more, circus, all those songs seem to be more personal that the songs of BJ ) has a lot of songs that are fine like Perfume, HOT, BMS, Chillin with chu,Alien and maybe Don't cry, but songs like BA , TTB, TIG, NTIFY, ISBE like wtf, but if They wouldn't put those, everything would be fine

Well, I love it as it is ("Work Bitch" and "Til It's Gone", both EDM tracks, are my favorites), but I was expecting something like those fanmade acoustic versions of "Passenger", "Alien", "Hold On Tight", "Perfume"... I wish her next album would be like that.

The music and lyrics is fine, I just hate I can't trust how much she wrote herself, and that is what ruined it for me.. Would it kill to actually write a whole song herself?? No matter how bad it turns out, I just want a song, with only her name, and that I can 100% rely that she wrote it herself, and that it's her singing the god-damn song, no second vocals, not even by a man, and without too much layer or autotune.

I KNEW someone was going to do something like this... I was almost adding Radar as a deluxe bonus track in my list

Well I was expecting a better produced album because FF is Flawfree in that department. But a different track order would help with showcasing the personal.

 

If Body ache was a better song and there was one song like Piece of me or Overprotected. And what I mean by that is a killer biographical pop song not songs directly about her team or the breakdown. Britney's life since her last personal album has been on the down low. BJ has a ton of songs about worry and release of worry but none really of how she feels about that worry and anxiety dominating or changing her life. It's the closure BJ is lacking imo.

 

I've actually been listening to BJ with the following track order the last few days.

I think that I expected BJ to have more songs like Alien, she should work with William Orbit more, he can give her those mid-tempo beautiful songs
