No, it didn't even reach #200 on iTunes and it's not getting that many views. Also, this is not on VEVO just uploaded by some random fan account so I'm not even sure if it counts towards the chart. Remember how much publicity Hello Kitty by Avril Lavigne got? Yet it didn't chart regardless.

Fan account videos count towards streaming. Don't you remember that Wrecking Ball parody video that got Miley a ton of streaming points? And Hello Kitty did chart, it peaked at 75 (higher than Perfume and G.U.Y.). But whatever, if Britney's team were smart they would release Alien as a single while they controversy is hot. But they won't
