poor britney i hope she really does have her kids most of the time, its unfair that the one time she was not at her best was used to take her kids away in a custodial sense. i wonder did her ex husband fight for custody the same way with his first kids i suppose money was not involved.

They have now I believe a 50/50 custody, and he as a father has all the same rights to have to kids as she has, it's not because a mother can love children anymore than a father can.. Especially when they got other siblings too with kevin.

And with Shar, there was never something to debate about, he had them a lot, we know that, we have seen Britney with Kevins kids many times..

she doesn't and she won't get it back so easily either. i think though, whatever agreement she and kevin have off the record works extremely well for her. i mean, it's obvious she spends at LEAST 50% of the time with her children.

Wow Kevin finally lost all the weight. Good for him. As for the custodial arrangement Britney still gets visitation only a certain amount of days but it's also at the discretion of the primary custodian and her and Kevin are on good terms and he allows her to have the boys longer and more times than she's supposed to which is beautiful and big of him.

I thought I read in People a couple years ago that they have a 3/4 arrangement (she gets them three days one week and four days the next). I also think that while she doesn't have legal custody on paper, I'm sure she and Kevin make legal decisions for the boys together.

Yeah sorry, my bad about the custody thing, I could have told myself she can't have custody right when she is still under a conservatorship, thats why she has visitation rights..

She lost all rights to her boys including visitation before the conservatorship and because of it she has visitation now. It's not the thing that's causing her not to have custody. If she can get married and have children while under it I don't think it would stop her from regaining custody. Although once out if it she'll have to prove herself twice as hard to earn custody back
