I work out to Femme Fatale because it has that vibe to it :)

Agreed! it's all really good body-moving tunez. I've tried Blackout a few times, but it ain't da same, which is the weirdest thing to admit :eekk:

preworkout her first 3 albums get me enthusiastic. I get an uplifted mood, happy joyous and free.

hard for me to say which album during workout cuz Im more of a playlist kinda guy. I like sexy songs in the mix cuz I use my libido to help motivate. Radar has me wanting to talk to people at the gym though, so it helps w the afterworkout workout on a coupla occasions

(Im lying though cuz I dont workout...not regularly anyways, I slack and start and the cycle repeats)

Definitely Femme Fatale. It's a light, fun album that should keep you pumped the entire time. I would say Blackout's a good workout album too, but it really isn't. It's too...dark :nowaygif:

This is exactly the conclusion I came to tbh :mhm:

And who chose BJ :orangu:

Blackout and Femme Fatale are the best albums to workout to! :mhm:

However "Work Bitch" is also a requirement, especially while doing cardio. ;)

Also I have a special Britney workout playlist I got from her issue of Shape magazine!

1. "Till the World Ends (Femme Fatale Remix)"

2. "Piece of Me"

3. "Toxic"

4. "Scream & Shout"

5. "3"

6. "Circus"

7. "Womanizer"

8. "S&M (Remix)"

9. "(You Drive Me) Crazy (The Stop! Remix)"

10. "Stronger"

I totally forgot they had that playlist! :P FF era contributed the most tracks on their playlist (i'm gonna count 3 as a FF track since it was recorded same time as other FF tracks were :nowaygif: )

esplain pleez :inneresting: maybe my next gym day i should try it

songs like Alien are Perfume = good warm up/walking tunes :)

Work, Body Ache, TIG are great climax songs

TTB and Passenger are great cool down songs :)

Not her best for working out overall, however Work (IMO) is her best ever for it :tbh:
