The biggest French Britney Spears website B-Spears.net just announced they're shutting down for good. I don't speak French and Google Translate isn't doing a very good job so if someone could translate this properly for us it would be good. EXPLANATION: The site closes for 3 reasons: - More time - more monies - More envy. I opened the site when I was 15 and I was 25 today! The site is open for almost 10 years. I made a long journey with Britney. But the desire is not there! I do not want to get up one hour before going to work to put news and photos every day. Thanks to B-Spears I met some fantastic people like Amanda, Franck, Ade, Olivia, Celine, Thomas Clement, Edward and Erwan. Thank you so much for all your visits. Without your visits the site would never continue. Since opening, the site has had over 11 million unique visitors. They've asked for donations before, but I guess no one was helping them. 1
Veronica the witch Posted July 13, 2014 #13 Report Posted July 13, 2014 well i understand when he open the site he was a teen, when you are a teen you have a lot of free time to put in to your website but now he is 26 he has responsibilities and is not easy to update (almost) everyday in order to keep your website alive unless the website is your only job anyway at least he is not saying he is closing because he is not a fan anymore or saying something bad about Britney 2

With more effort comes more support and people actually caring about her career. it seems like they stopped caring about britney the pop star since 2009...they still put some effort in 2011 (ik it was bad effort but still they kinda cared).................but since XF everything is a mess,BJ era really hurt her career there is no need to deny that (i'm talking about her beeing pop star that promotes,and performs on TV,not the Vegas act that they turn her into)....i remember the deceline on Exhale and Atrl after Gma mess............ 1 1

We were all young during Britney's heyday, as kids we had so much free time. Now, we're adults and life just gets in the way. 4

In a way it did with her hits from FF but her performances and promo were a mess and inconsistent in how good they were. BJ is the first album of Britney's that I have not purchased. And as we all know, the promo for BJ was pretty much nonexistent Britney has the potential to gain some of her credibility as the Queen/Princess of Pop back, but her and her team are just stuck in between doing nothing and not doing nearly enough. yeah its sad and frustrating,especially bcz they hyped this era,i mean she looked amazing trough entire 2013,she seemd like she wants to be a pop star again,s&s remix video return of fierceney,than brunneteney,shape (best body sinc circus) than Wango tanog,than OLL ,than even promo 4 OLL,than hyped album with amazing writters,and amazing producers,than wb and amazing video......and bam everything stopped.......we got million pointless radio interviews,she gained weight,they hyped vegas waaaay to much (i mean they said its her best vocally and danicng show),she even confirmed live singing,they dited IABJ to look that entire show is full of amazing danicng,yet final production and her as product was mehhh except of few songs,and her costumes,hair and make up were awfull....and she was outta shape........... yeahh,i just hope that unless she wants to comeback as full pop star next ere (promo tv performancess,britney all over the place at least akk circus era,they let her retire and be mommy 24/7
