FFT DVD Question Please Help

So I was listening to the FFT DVD audio in iTunes and when i scrolled over that bubble thing that is on the rewind fast forward bar it gives me an option for the audio but there is one selection called English (United States) (AC3)... i cant click on it, the only one it lets me select is the regular audio.. what is the AC3 audio? the undubbed? and is there a way i can make it available??

I think AC3 is where you can get the 5.1 channels. dont think its the undubbed one xp haha if i remember right.
