At least FFT tried to make it look like she was singing live

Prerecorded, but unlike Circus Tour and POM, they're actually making an effort to make fans at least QUESTION if she's singing live or not If I heard these for the first time, I'd assume she was singing live. It was one of the redeeming qualities of FFT, and I don't know why they aren't doing this for Vegas In her prime, people knew she lipped, but there was still room for argument if she was really lipping.

Yes it did, but why does she lip sync? She can sing so there is no need for her to lip sync unless she's dancing

Beyonce annoys me with her mightier than thou gimmick. We all know that she can't always be singing live with the way she has exorcisms on stage whilst still being perfectly on key.

I think she really is singing live, that's her talent and I must admit she worked hard to get there   of course every singer lip syncs sometimes because of sickness stuff like that

Brit on the other hand could have been a better singer if she didn't smoke

Oh I definitely think Britney could change and try harder. Lack of training plus smoking equals always lip syncing. She was such a beautiful singer in her BOMT days then that all sort of went downhill. I was exaggerating about Beyonce (I still don't like her ), but I can't deny the fact that Beyonce has great vocal technique and stamina. Britney has the potential to be so much better. I want to see her at her absolute best tbh

that's why i like fft so much, she looked kind of bored or whatever but i think they made such an effort on that tour. they prerecorded alot of vocals, she sang completely live on some, sang over some, danced a lot whether it was good or not, and did ALOT of crowd interaction, basically all of the things from circus that were complained about where fixed

it doesn't make sense either. it's like her team has NO brain. fft was  mostly for her fans who don't really care if she lip-syncs as much, but when she does a show for the general public she lipsyncs to 16 year old vocals. they should at least pre record the ballads if she is really just that lazy

I genuinely believe she couldn't re record the vocals to the old classics as she would just sound painful with her matured voice trying to hit those notes. They need to lower the pitch of the songs so she can record the vocals easier.

It makes me sigh thinking how flawless it would be and how the crowd would react to her singing lucky live

There are A LOT of pre recorded vocals but she is doing her best to hide it...Of course she is not singing live while having spasms on stage...She does sing live though when she just stands and she definitely has a strong voice...

 

As for Britney, I don't really care if she pre records her vocals. Why should she try to fool everyone? One of the things that I love about her is that she is genuine and not fake like Beyonce who thinks she is smarter than everyone and people won't notice her lip syncing...

What Britney does best is performing and dancing and that's the highlight of her concerts...Of course it would be awesome if she would sing a few slow songs live but oh well...

Tbh with you I think she can sing perfectly well live. I think one of the reasons she doesn't is because, we all know how our queen humble and not so selfconfident is, so all this publicity hating on her, along with the gp, probably got to her and wrecked her selfconfidence, i think she really just doesnt dare out of fear people will start making a joke if she makes one single mistake. Cuz we all know how GP handles a single mistake by Britney, we've seen this throug hall 2007 and now on the alien leak. Britney is truly the allmighty queen, I hope one day she will slay us with live vocals

I acknowledge that Bey uses pre-recorded vocals sometimes, but not that often. It's not "fake" to have pre-recorded vocals, people like Micheal Jackson have used them too, it's called taking the time out to give your fans a "live" experience. When you're someone like Beyonce there's nothing wrong with lip syncing, every singer even the greats do it. It's called controlling your voice when she's having "spasms" on stage. That's why when you take singing lessons they have you jump in place sometimes while singing. It's all about how you control your air, I've had singing lessons. Yes I agree, what Britney does best is performing and dancing, but she's not at her best right now so she needs to sing live. Even when she was at her prime she sing her ballads live. Now you have all these people bashing her for alien, when all she has to do is upload a quick video on twitter of her singing

Yeah! I don't get why only some songs are pre-recorded? and a lot of them are songs she dances in. You'd think it would be the other way around.. make the CD track more obvious on those and pre-recorded vocals on Everytime/Perfume. I mean they continue to say "She can't sing on the heavy dance tracks".

Yeah. True. She has powerful vocals and powerful stamina, but like it or not she does prerecorded vocals all the time. Remember grammy? In front of Obama? some Mrs.Carter performances?
