I wonder how future generations will see it, though. It may not be Britney's prime anymore, but I hope videos like these stand the test of time.

The Princess of Pop.

I'm not sure about MJ's career, but he had declines, just from what I've heard, but I'm not sure. I hope an MJ fan can tell us more about his career :)

I'm an MJ fan since 2009 and though he didn't have dips and highs as such in a graph. His sales just kinda kept on going down and down literally. I don't know about 'Michael' and 'Xscape' but yeh. His album sales just kept on going down up to Invincible in 2001

Is that what you wanted to know? If you want to know more ask :)

You become pop royalty when media and critics recognize you as one, which Britney has been countless times. The critics, even the ones who dislike her, said many times her influence in pop music is insane, and that she truly is a pop princess, put on a pediastal with MJ and madonna. Not to mention how both MJ and Madonna absolutely loved/love Britney, madonna still does. So even though some ppl hate brit, i still think they consider her a huge influence :tbh: and a princess of pop. And it annoys the hell out of me when fanclubs call their idol queen, and think she actually is the queen, while critics and her/his sales say completely different :displeased:

She's the Princess of pop. And she's got classics. Boot, slave and toxic. The thing is that britney is still young but of course she is is royalty. She had to do two things to gain credibility again, sing a song live, full live, no over play and she needs to have a big hit again an anthem like boat, oops and toxic. She kind of had it with scream and shout but it was actually will's. With this two things she'll be again the pop monster she used to be. Now she is more into fans and to be a consistent pop star she needs to regain the general public with music and dance. Then she will be unstoppable.

When I ask random people who is the queen of pop and they immedietely say "Madonna". So, except for the Spearleaders BArmy and the Media, others do not recognise Britney as Queen of Pop but when you mention her name EVERYBODY knows her and if you ask them for a song, they start singing: BOMT, Oops, Toxic, Gimme more, Womanizer, Criminal, TTWE or Work Bitch (at least in my country, lol).

EDIT: Criminal was a HUGE hit in my country for like 3-4 months. It was everywhere - TV,radio, each music channel liked the song and they repeated it at least 2-3 times a day. :D #memories :crying1:

Did his performing skills change as time went on too? :yaknow:

ONE more good era is what she needs :crying5:

Forst, by Michael Jackson the performer, we are not talking about choreographed dancing. He has never really had a hard tough routine other than the 80s (Beat It, Thriller, don't stop til you get enough, bad, smooth criminal, with the exception of Ghost) He only got better from 1980s-1990s. However i'd say beginning in the 90s (starting with Dangerous but mostly History Tour) he did less choreo as said above except Ghost in mid 90s. He never lost his charisma on stage though even in 2001 on his 30th Anniversary Tribute (the performance with Brit). Even though he had taken a lot of drugs and had hardly rehearsed, they apparently had to wake him up to say he needs to go to the show now. That's a true performer. So I don't think he ever lost his performance skills. He just had a hard time in life. But his fall in dancing in stuff was maybe late 90s and 2001
