Say a good and bad decision made by Team Britney over her career (or if it was her decision, say) that you can think of from the top of your head.

Me first:

Best:

The quick release of OIDIA after BOMT- quickly hushed the rumours of another Debbie Gibson

Worst:

Not letting Brit have her original everytime and Gimme More mv flourish. As gm mv was looked down at by the gp.

Yeah, basically that's almost what I thought when I read the title of the thread:

Best decision: Oops!... I Did It Again (the whole album and era)

Worst decision: Blackout, everything about it. I think they should have waited a little bit more before they release it, or at least before they started making videoclips. Also the tracklist, I think there are unreleased songs that are better than some of the songs that made the final cut.

Oh I think we should define what is Britneys team exactly..

I see 3 circles

1) Britneys conservatorship, which is her dad, her brother, and some lawyer. They control her money and a lot of her personal interests.

2) Britneys management. This is what I call Britneys team. Larry and Adam. They oversee whoever hires Britney for shows, and is the middle man between Britney and the label, and everybody else. They book studios, dance rehearsels, and generally book everything, together with Britneys assistant.

3) Britneys label. They decide when they want music, and how they want it to sound. They are Britneys real boss, they hired her voice.

I don't know where to put PR people, or Britneys many firms, I think they are little circles inthemself.

So when you say you blame Britneys team for releasing Blackout to soon, remember, Britney didn't have a proper management then, so It was never Larrys decision, but Britney and her label..

Which is why I said 'if it was Britney's decision, then say so' ;)

Best decision: Letting Britney have a say in her career (the school uniform in baby one more time, releasing Toxic as a single)

Worst decision: Not letting Britney have a say in her career anymore.

Seriously, I think they should listen to her, she needs to have more control on her music.

She makes good decisions for her career. Iconic ones, considering how popular her Toxic and BOMT were/are along with their videos. And then she was an executive producer for Blackout, and it's a great album despite all of the drama in her life. In FTR, they show how she came up with the concept for the Womanizer mv, another hit song and video. When Britney writes her own songs, they're often amazing, but not often put on the albums.

Her label and team = :flop:

Best:

Letting her decide to release Toxic as second single

Worst:
They decided how the Everytime and Gimme More video should be like,

no Circus tour DVD/Blu-Ray,

Britney Jean promo :4music: ,

no third single from Britney Jean

The best things they've done were let her have more control over music. (I.e) ITZ AND BLACKOUT.

The worst is them not listening to her or her ideas. Like in FTR she said no one would listen to her.

It's stupid of her team because she has so many ideas. She's a freaking creative genius

And the management are blind idiots. :tbh:

Britney start you own record label plz :crying5:

love me hate me say what you want about me but this is my honest opinion concerning her eras:

Best: Oops I Did It Again, Femme Fatale, Piece Of Me show <3

Worst: The awful Singles Collection (worst release ever), Circus (radar :overitkbye:), Britney (INAGNYAW and Boys :yaknow:)

Best: Oops and ITZ albums. She had the best promo those days.

Worst: Cancelling Mannequin VMA Performance and releasing Britney Jean.

There was a mannequin vma performance!!??? Maybe that was the rehearsal we saw seen as it was so far fetched from the mannequin circus performance

I agree with the ones that said oops and her control over toxic and blackout as the best and that They should had wait for blackout's release so I'm gonna say another decisions even tho those were the first ones I thougt

Best: the whole circus comeback promotion, womanizer (which's video was britney's idea  , the circus tour, the singles (except radar :awkward:) the álbum, for the récord, they did it great

Worst: Canceling original doll :crying5:

but the circus era (the comeback) larry pushed really hard this album, womanizer and circus are boyend perfect the GMA performance is epic, her body looked amazing and for the record made me cry, the VMA, madonna etc, they did a great job and circus sold over 500k so omg great job tbh <3 they sure did a comeback and amazing era

worst:

WILL FUKING I AM

no more singles for ITZ

I won't say it's her teams decision to let Britney do anything, that is how it normally is for anybody else.. I think more and more, It's britney letting the team decide, because she either just doesn't care about small stupid things, or maybe because it's the easiest for her mind..

It's not always a bad thing to be a passenger, as long you can stand up for what you do and never have regrets.. And if britney have no regrets, then fine.
