I think Scarlett looks beautiful and I like her but I hate her makeup. So I choose Britney. Britney's hair also looks more golden, her makeup is perfect.

Even without my Britney bias I would choose Britney. She looks flawless in that outfit. Everything is perfect. Scarlett's hair and makeup and overall look just doesn't look as good as Britney's.
