Like I said Britney is the only picture where they haven't used the same angle. On the before, britney stood more to the left of us. On the now, she's face on. Therefore her nose looks bigger as it's from the side. If the now picture was head on though, it's be the exact same. Then you add contouring. I normally think something must've been done to her nose but now I doubt myself.
