I guess we should feel proud that Britney's iconic enough to be compared to a Pokémon by Smosh...?       But as a Pokémon player myself, I feel like I should mention that Spearow isn't really all that remarkable. It's a bird. Britney should be the musical goddess Meloetta IMO.

SPEAROW?!  That's like the last Pokémon I would ever associate with Britney tbh.  I mean lbr, GODNEY can only be compared to a legendary Pokémon like Moltres for instance.

 

It's very similar to a phoenix and at the Bambi Awards in 2008 Karl Lagerfeld compared her triumph over her breakdown to that of a phoenix rising from the ashes. Plus she's mysterious, elusive and not overly much is known about her compared to other celebrities (her personal life). Also she's a powerful force in the entertainment industry just like Moltres in the Pokémon world.
