I mean, if I was a lady on her lady time I sure as hell wouldn't risk ruining some sexy lingerie, but I'm sure there's plenty of girls who wear it during their lady times for a sexy confidence boost. So with something that high waisted, wouldn't it be hard as hell to dig around to position some things?

Sexy panties don't have to be small.. This type of panties is kinda vintage, it also help to have a better figure. And imo it's a lot sexier than vulgar thongs. But i guess it's about taste.And no it's not hard to put pads or tampons with this kind of panties. And for tampons, the type of panties don't matter since you don't put it in the panties but into your vagina
