Well - I'm sure many like myself wonder where's the rest of Little Me (Just Yesterday ). I'm sure there's more to it than what it is... This song is so underrated. Hopefully it'll get the attention that it deserves someday or to have Britney re-record it or something. It'd be perfect for Britney Jean... So personal... So beautiful and her vocals are great And this video though... I'm sorry... 2

Why would Britney ask Jamie Lynn to forgive her? We don't know everything from behind the walls in their childhood. Maybe the constant focus on Britney made everyone focus less and less on Jamie Lynn, which maybe is why Britney normally once said "Jamie lynn is the dramaqueen", but maybe it was Jamie Lynns only way to get attention was to shout a little louder. This is just me overanalysing aaaand i'm gonna stop now
ooh la la Posted July 26, 2014 #13 Report Posted July 26, 2014 it is one of my favourite songs of hers she should do songs like that. i think also it could mean saying sorry to her younger self and the innocent side to herself that is left that she ignored when she was trying to keep her mind busy. but as well it could have two meanings about her sister, herself the innocent part and the part of her that she lost touch with at that time the down home girl from Louisiana after getting caught on the fame wheel. don't like that piano version it is not simple enough and it's too fast. 1

Yeah. I've thought about it that way too; it could be saying sorry or goodbye to young Britney/ the part that she left behind as she grew up to be who she is today. The song is kinda deep even though it's simple, you know what I mean? It's beautiful

So I always thought that it meant she didn't see her as much as she had cut her mum and dad out her life which obvious would take a toll on a girl who is still living with her parents.

With all the drama that's happening, she knew that it's hurting her family and especially her little sister... And being a role model to her little sister, she felt really bad and guilty about it...
