i know she said something about if her boys were gay i forgot what it was

how does she feel about gay people? such a sweet person who is pretty much surrounded by gay people 24/7 but at the same time raised in the south and a church regular

she said she would love them unconditionally, said everybody deserves to be treated equally, that gays are somewhat girls and are "cute and adorable". also of course that "bitch" is a term of endearment towards the community. theres some other stuff too, look up her out interview from 2011.

 

 

basically its a mixed bag. i think she supports lgbt+ at its core but is very ignorant about a lot of it.

I actually don't think she is. She has enough gay friends and colleagues to know better. She just isn't a very articulate person and has trouble expressing what she really means, and ends up saying things that could be taken the wrong way when it's not what she meant. She does it with a lot of things, like the time she called David "simple minded" as a compliment.
