I remember when 'Easy' and 'Sexy Sexy' were the rumored tittle of their collab on Willpower before Scream & Shout was confirmed.

Sexy Sexy (which is still unconfirmed to be real or not) was the original collab, then Easy (which is probably ISBE) was stolen out of Will's car and then S&S happened.

 

But yeah, ISBE is a throw away Will track.

It, along with S&S, would have been the best thing on Willpower. No way was it rejected for that album as the song is on Britney Jean. But I'm sure that that song and ISBE are different versions of the same song.

But it is said that Britney co-wrote the lyrics of the song, so either Brit's team lied that she wrote it and it is an actual outtake from Will's album or it was recorded for BJ and it was written by Brit.   Just checked Wikipedia(I know it's not a viable source but w/e) and on the writers' part of Britney Jean is written that she only participated in writing Work Bitch.     On the other hand, you can see her name below each song on the booklet of BJ.

This is the dead giveaway, it's a will.u.stop song featuring Britney instead of the other way around.  It's a cute song that would have been fine on his project, but not hers.
