My nose looks totally different from when I was 10 and now I'm 19. Face structure shifts.

 

And I honestly don't think she's gotten any work done. There's this "new" (but not really new. It's been used in theater for years) technique that a lot of women and makeup artists are finding out about called contouring and highlighting and that's all I see that's being done on her lately. The idea is to put a lighter color in areas you want to pop out and a darker color in areas you want to sink in. You basically draw in your lights and shadows and it totally transforms your face. I see it in her ads to make her nose look thinner and her cheekbones more defined.
