And a woman shaving her hair off doesn't have to = crazy. It was probably freeing and maybe Britney felt like she was shedding her past.

And a woman shaving her hair off doesn't have to = crazy. It was probably freeing and maybe Britney felt like she was shedding her past. I kinda agree with that. I was at that point years ago. I was so stress and depressed over my controlled relationship. Being hold back by people that I thought could make me happy but NOT. Until at one point I reached my patience. I went to saloon nearby and asked the hairdresser to shave my head (Total bald). The hairdresser kinda shocked and asked me twice about my decision before he then proceed to shave my head after I said Yes. He then asked my whether I had problem in my love relationship, I just smiled. But deep inside, I was so hurt! Well, that was years ago. I am happy now. That's all

Last year I was tired of dealing with long hair and just cut it to ear length. It was a simple haircut, but it turned into feeling like a new start. But with Britney, I never thought that she was "crazy", just a person who needed help and had finally broken under a lot of stress. And to see people still make fun of her when it's known that's she's suffering(ed) from some illness is disgusting.

I know a lady that accidentally ran over a girl who was playing that chicken game or whatever it's called and killed her. She was so depressed after that her husband said he had come home from work one day and she was sitting there in her hair that she had just shaved off and she was bawling and apparently when he asked her why she did that she said something along the lines of her shedding the past of what happened to try to move on from it and to try to be happy. When I heard that I just thought of how awful Britney must have felt, if she felt as shitty as the equivalence of accidentally running over a little girl. That just breaks my heart

I really believed Britney shaved her head because she was just wanted to shedding the past of her dark period, problem and try to move and be happy. I used to be like her.. Shave my head all of the sudden because I've going through a hard life in term of love relationship. I just feel relieved and care free after shaved.
