Honestly, what I would've done with the show:

The opening:

She comes out of a ball, does the choreo, but now she's wearing something classy, kinda like the I Can't Get No Satisfaction suit for the 2000 VMAs, but more practical

YDMC / BOMT: the whole performance kinda looks like the one back in '99 for the BB awards (including the live vocals)

*The whole stage is covered in smoke for over 15 minutes and you can't see anything really*

(during this time, Britney has the time to put something under what she's wearing right now

*Britney comes out, looking like she's wearing the same as she was before*

Perfume/Stronger: lots of visual effects, not a lot going on on stage, plot of the performance is kinda like in the music video, practically no dancing involved, some live vocals preferably

OIDIA: yes, give us a fucking striptease

*Perfume, Stronger and OIDIA are a medley*

Neon section, it now has a pants version outfit for Britney though

S&S interlude: nothing changes

Do Somethin': Just the video but like a concert. Britney having fun and making everyone in the mood

Boys: Really just the same

3: the performance stays the same really

GNIGAP interlude: nothing changes

Slave 4 u: not a lot changes, a bit more choreography added

Freakshow / Womanizer: has now become a medley. Britney treats the random guy that gets on stage as the womanizer

TTWE: Britney still runs off stage after this song, and it's quiet for a good while

This time, she has a clear amount of paparazzi following her

MATM: during this performance, she she shakes off the paparazzi

Everytime: nothing changes

Gimme More / BTI: nothing changes, but at the end, when she does that tribute to MJ, she is elevated thanks to a platform and will appear sitting on the tree after the lights turn on again

Toxic:

It begins at the tree, nothing's different

Then, she goes down

The performance is completely different now

Instead of controlling them, she is leading the pact with a really good dance routine and they all treat her like a queen

At a certain point in the performance, she says with a really cool voice:
